Nothing here yet either.
I'm guessing that MS is doing some kind of "update staggering" thing, because I was able to access and download the 1511 update on one of my Windows 10 machines (Lenovo X220T notebook) but so far can't "see" the update in WU on any of my other machines. My guess is it will dribble through the system over the next couple-three days to keep traffic on the Akamai servers "reasonable." If anybody has more information on this, please share: I'd like to document it for my blog post tomorrow at Windows Enterprise Desktop.

PS: I'm going to download the ISO from MSDN and attempt an in-place upgrade on one of my other machines shortly, and will report back on how well that works. Wish me luck!
PPS: Downloaded the ISO, used RUFUS 2.5 to build an install/repair UFD, ran the upgrade install against my Surface Pro 3, and everything is working. Came up in Airplane mode after first boot into V.1511 (easily fixed by turning it off). Already updates to apply to the new OS BTW, including Flash Player (ActiveX) and a few other odds'n'ends. Electing the keep files & apps option performs a completely workable "in-place upgrade." Great!
