Why don't you do another download. I know the download should have something to apply the update. It is an Office update so maybe you should use the Office forum or the Contact Support app on your All Apps menu. Of course, it is possible that not many users of Office 2010 are reporting on a problem with it yet. I do use Office 2010 Pro on one computer and there was no problem with the update.

Hopefully being delayed to add EDGE features, to fill in the holes. I sound like a broken record, but you should never give up hope, or stop using the "feedback" feature of the browser.

Since no date other than November was promised, it is not delayed. It is simply not released yet. Microsoft usually says that they release when they believe users will get a good user experience. I have seen November 12 mentioned in most of the cognicenti blogs. It is still speculative until it happens.

maybe since they just signed off on it recently they are arranging temporary server rentals to supplement what they have from AWS and Rack space etc ,etc ? .....................link ?
