i upgrade from my windows 10 rtm retail version to the new one i had to convert the esd file to an iso file that i used rufus to make it run on a usb. and i have no expiry date at all, i used the slmgr /dlv in cmd and it all came back ok, if i am wrong i guess i will find out in a couple of days then.
That's the thing though. The current Insider build 10586 has no watermark and no visible expiry date. Those that have ISO's made them from the ESD file that's downloaded during the upgrade to 10586. I suspect all you have is the ESD file for the Insider build that somebody uploaded. There are no ISO's for 10586 up on MSDN or the Insider page. If one leaked, I would think it would have to come from a Microsoft employee. slmgr /dlv on my Insider build 10586 shows Professional Retail, Retail Channel, Activated, and no listed expiry date.

Insiders have already received the Official Public Release...
The Public has not yet seen the Official Release...
The same thing happened when 10240 was released - the Insiders got the first peek, before the Public release...

You're correct. Just because you got it through the Insider channel doesn't make it a preview build. When it is a preview build the filename says so now. The .iso and download filenaming has gradually gotten more consistent about things like that.

I concur. 10586.3 (a small update that came through this morning put the ".3" in there) is the new baseline RTM for Windows 10. Insiders always get the stuff early--as often as that is explained to folks it is still misunderstood. Microsoft *never* leaves out the watermark by accident... And I wish I'd kept the link, but Gabe Aul on Twitter said that the iso is coming in a "couple of days." That was either yesterday or day before...
