LOL! Ironically I can get a desktop and Store app to snap 100%/50% horizontally. BTW. in the building industry the horizontal measurement always precedes the vertical. e.g. Windows, doors, walls, etc.
    Interesting.

In mathematics, it is X then Y (at least that's what I was taught).
Well then that reinforces it. In presenting a trigonometric formula/expression, the x is displayed first, yes?

Well, I have almost had all I need of Windows 10, personally, IMHO it has removed some of the best functions from past versions. How unfortunate.
Oh? In what way? I have my doubts also.

Sorry if this is already posted but notification of new Preview builds only shows if you're in an administer-privileged account. Didn't twig that for a day or two.

Well, I just tried for the latest build and I am told that there are none?
Is there any other way to get a hold of this release?

One issue that's been resolved is with news apps like CNN,NBC.. in build 9860 you couldn't scroll from side to side but now in build 9879 you can.

Remember, they could bring some stuff back in the consumer version. It will be interesting to see what the differences are. I am still considering trying the consumer version.
