Took about an hour to download and 20 minutes to install. No problems.
It then installed an Insider Hub Update.

Yes, that's what happened with 10240, which became the Consumer release. That add credence to this, Microsoft has signed off build 10586 as the 'Fall Update' If it is going to be the next Consumer (non insider) build.
Well, I'm upgraded on my tablet. Had to reboot to get my wifi adapter working. Other than that, though, everything went smooth.
Edit: Office 2016 remained activated for me after upgrading.
For you geeks needing an ISO for a clean install, this quote from the ESD to ISO tutorial thread:
