Reporting from "the other side". As usual, installed fine and not anticipating any problems.

Was there an Option to skip Inserting the Key?
I don't think there was. Like a regular install.

One thing I've noticed after upgrading to a new build is the Office 2016 preview will re-ask for Activation, However I received an extra 7 days and still have 29 days until expiry. I had 29 days until expiry when I upgraded to build 10576 a week ago.

Yes there is. An upgrade on a qualified system does not even ask the key, a clean install lets you to skip it in which case Windows will be automatically activated if the machine had already had an activated Windows 10.

An hour late to the party, so I'm just now downloading. MS dropped it around our lunchtime.
