I went from 8.1 to 10240 to 10586. After doing the free upgrade to 10, I turned on receive insider builds and just left it running overnight. Next morning it was waiting to be installed. I had gone back to 8.1 on my spare desktop for testing, I got lazy and remote desk topped into it to do the initial upgrade to 10 over the Internet. It's hooked up to our main TV, this way I wasn't bothering my wife. Then remoted in again and did the upgrade to 10586. Kept all my custom settings etc. About all I had to do so far was uninstall a couple of the default installed Apps I never use.

Thanks, guess I'll wait it out.

Mine updated with no apparent problems, no sign of a watermark though.

After a clean install of 10586, when I try to set for Insider Builds I get Error Code 0x80072EF1.

    Any ideas?

    EDIT: TechNet gives 0x80072EF1 -2147012879 ERROR_INTERNET_OPERATION_CANCELLED
You haven't tried any of those W10 "anti-spying" programs, have you?

Anyone else having this issue with Store:
When after sign in I launch the Store for the first time, it works as it should. However, after I have closed the Store, any consecutive launch will give this: [snip]...The only way to resolve this and get to the Store again is to sign out from Windows and sign in again, in which case the Store works again when launched first time, and gives the same connection error on any consecutive launch.
Opened and closed 3x without issue here.

RE: Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 10586 for PC - Page 14 - Windows 10 Forums

My Store issue was solved by adding DNS servers manually in IPv4 properties. Tested with Google's DNS servers, primary 8.8.8.8 and secondary 8.8.4.4, store started working normally. Setting DNS back to "obtain automatically" brought the issue back, Store could only be launched once per session.

    My solution:
