Thanks BeeMan.. I got my copy the other day!
So far so good with Firefox 64 bit. All extensions and plugins for the 32 bit version work. I firs uninstalled the 32 bit version but that does not delete my bookmarks, plugins, extensions or preferences. I got it for this Mozilla site:
Directory Listing: /pub/firefox/releases/
Thanks for the tip on the 64 Bit version. Wouldn't have known anything about it if I hadn't read it here. :)
Yeah, so far Mozilla has been doing an outstanding job in hiding it
Thank-you for that info, Altae. I ran Firefox after accepting the update to version 42.0. The task manager says that it's still a "32-bit" browser. Maybe the Mozilla programmers feel that the 64-bit version isn't stable enough yet? Usually, servers (or something) sense that you're running a 64-bit O.S. and install the appropriate version of a program.
Here's what looks like the official download page and what I think is the home of the 64 Bit Mozilla browsers:
Mozilla Firefox 64-bit

Waterfox uses 1024 MB of RAM while idle. I hope this is different.
