This update is the W10 Fall Update ? Th2 is just a different name? Just wonder if I am missing something here =========> EDIT: Brain cramp ... I see the official name is the W10 Fall Update. ( W10 FU ) - I can now see why it was changed to TH2.
I suppose the successor would aptly be named FU2?

Microsoft Announces New Windows 10 Builds That Could Launch This Week

Fast rings might get them in just a few days

Microsoft’s Gabriel Aul, head of the Windows Insider program, has confirmed on Twitter that the company is already testing some very good release candidates for Windows 10 and has indicated that the developing team is looking at this week as a possible launch date.

While Aul hasn’t specifically mentioned whether these builds are aimed at PCs and mobile, the company is most likely targeting both platforms, as Microsoft is now trying to continue development of the two simultaneously.

“We have a couple of builds that are looking good in internal rings. It's possible we'll see them later this week to Fast,” Aul explains.

    Windows 10 Threshold 2

Details are very vague right now, but it’s possible that these new builds prepared by Microsoft for the Windows Insider program are actually the final versions of Windows 10 Threshold 2, the next big update coming for RTM users sometime this month.

And in that case perhaps we'll get a free U2 album like Apple did

I still have a copy of Microsoft BOB stored someplace. I think I've had it since about 1991 or so.
