    It's the EDT that matters (UTC -7) and from Sunday onwards EST (UTC -8) as the Daylight Saving time ends in the USA. Logically this means that we can expect new build within a normal workday between let's say 8 or 9 AM and 5 or 6 PM EDT / EST. A good example is that Gabe Aul's blog post about today's Windows Mobile build was posted 9:01 AM EDT.
    The double exclamation marks were meant to portray this as a joke There, that's more definitely a joke statement.
