    To break up my fishing a few years ago I started doing some of my Big Mouth Bass fishing with light fly rods.
    Now that is joy. Their is a skill to learn because you got more fish that you have fishing rod and line.
    I don't know why they don't call fishing; fish hunting. That is the first part that one does. Learn what fish do under various condition and hunt them. Then you got to be sneaky and trick them to put something in their mouth so you can drag them out of the water. The plus side for this sport is you can participate while drinking a beer, eating and B/Sing. You don't even have to catch a fish to have a great day.
