Agreed, Hippsie, because that's what Microsoft says. Dunno about downloading without installing, cuz who's gonna do that!?

If I'm not mistaken, Microsoft's EULA covers test products as well as released products.
Some people will download just to say they have it. "Collectors" so to speak. Some have everything MS going back even before Windows > MS-DOS.

This is not a warez site and it should not be allowed to be used as one. Leaks are not sanctioned MSFT software and are therefore warez as far as I am concerned. A leaked build could contain anything.

True and agree, simrick. Leaked builds and/or links are in no way authorized by MS. Some Insiders may think that just because they're Insiders it's ok to install leaked builds.
Learnt my lesson early on . . . saw that several folks had installed leaks so wanted to try too. Put something on my 'puter that Gramma's lye soap wouldn't take off! I knew better, so that was my first and last trip to the dark side. :)

Hmmphhh! Ain't agonna spend my time downloading if I'm not going to use it or test it. Still, I can see why someone would want to collect it; however, if I were going to collect, I'd want something physical from Microsoft that might be worth something some day. :)

Ok.. I'm using it and so is a mod here. As far as I can tell there are no issues with it. And we've used leak builds from day one of the insider program. This is no different.

Again, if you have an issue report the thread.

I'm actually testing it out, and not collecting it.

Guys, when you post tweets, post them as tweets, not as images. The problem with images is you cannot click any links. For instance this quoted tweet cannot be seen in Gabe Aul's Twitter wall because it is a reply to someone, and searching it can be difficult to some users. The possible links as in this quoted tweet cannot be clicked because it's an embedded image, not a tweet:

Here's how to post a tweet:

Click the time stamp of the tweet you want to post:

Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 10565-2015_10_19_16_44_261.png
    (Click screenshots to enlarge.)

Copy the tweet ID, the last part of the URL:

Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 10565-2015_10_19_16_47_102.png

Insert that tweet ID in [tweet] tags:

    Code:
    [tweet]655071954639020032[/tweet]
This results an embedded tweet with clickable links and Follow, Retweet, Reply and Favorite buttons:
