Not at the moment. This is just the end of the 10565 release cycle. Fast Ring via WU>Watch Feedback for blocking bugs, if none are found then>ISO release/Slow Ring release.

I know that, but what is in it now? there is another build that was released to the public , posted in this forum. It seems that if MS moves a build to the slow ring , a new build should be put in the fast ring.

No,, that was the one that MS is testing in their inner circle, it's not ready yet. I would think you would be more patient if you want bug free builds.

The build I want is the update for The RTM. Then Redstone.

In that case you really need to be patient to get a bug free update.

What improvement would that be? The way it is before 10565 you could install a preview edition after upgrading Windows 7 or 8 to Windows 10 and it would activate without a key. I believe BillyBob is correct. The new change is that so people can clean install having never upgraded before and enter a Windows 7 or 8 Product Key to activate it.
WIndows 7/8 is currently on your machine and activated. You can do a clean install without having to upgrade to 10 first. Old way , only way to activate was to first upgrade the existing OS, then you can do a clean install. I agree though, not that big of a deal.
