Did you install the Build 9860 update ?
Windows 10 Build 9860 Now Available

Your Update history is different than mine.
My History is wiped out from before the 9860 update, but I did cleanup system files after installing 9860.
I'm also using WTP 32 bit in a VM.

My desktop says 9841. Am I behind already? I plead 6-8 hours per day at 7F.

    How would I update that?

    Yes, you're behind

Go to PC Settings, Update and recovery, Preview builds and click the Check Now button to go get it now.

Do you have enough disk space for Win 10 ?
I got the same error code when installing the update.
I had a 20 GB folder for the Win 10 VM.
I expanded it to 40 GB and it installed without error.

Possibly not. Can I put it on external? Is this able to be run or installed Manually?
