Only reason I've come off Insider builds is that at the moment I'm only running one PC.
When I tried out build 10240 I'd been running Insider builds on an a dual boot PC with Windows 7 I wasn't happy with it. Very slow boot up etc. so I continued with the Insider builds. However I bought a SSD last week and did a clean install of build 10240, this gave me a very fast bootup and virtually no problems at all.
Still it's very likely that I'll get a bit twitchy one night and go back to Insider builds.
I'm a glutton for punishment
Maybe Monday, I am using 10558 so I can wait. Tuesday is Patch Tuesday so I am saying if it is not Monday it will be after Tuesday, probably Friday.
All of mine are Dual Boot, so I have RTM and Insider.
I have an SSD, but it's only 240 GB, so I'm not sure if I want to install it to run solo rather than dual boot. I've tried dual booting with two hard drives, which didn't work, but that's been a long time ago.
And aren't we all gluttons for punishment? I think it's something in our genes.
..put down those pitchforks..!!
it's just a piccy from a wiki..

Ah, it's just a leaked build; nothing more.
I'd guess the next build will be in the 10560xx somewhere.
Yes, it's RTM/Final public release, although with this new "final 10"/ last Windows ever, they'll have RTMs/Builds/Releases/Upgrades or whatever they may be called.
Question > Can someone with an RTM 10240 turn on Insider builds as LifeWulf/we have in advanced options? That's what strange to me about LifeWulf's system. Obviously he's not running an Insider build, but yet has that Advanced screen.
