You may want to run DISM command first at least to see if there is corruption. Scannow won't fix anything if the Windows component store is corrupted.

Why would it be corrupted on both of my computers though?

Edit: Reports "No component store corruption detected."

My apology. I should have read your total problem in your prior posts, although it is possible both may have been corrupted.

So to get this correct; You now have 2 systems that are stuck on 10240 and you want to continue as an Insider on both?

Did you turn off and on again of your "Get Insider builds" with number of restarts?

How do I do that? Just click the "Stop Insider builds" button and restart a number of times?

That is correct. I really want some of the newer features, like the ability to Shuffle wallpaper slideshows without using a registry hack.

Edit: Sorry about the double post, forgot about the multi-quote.

Is there a specific amount of times I need to restart? You just keep saying "restart a few times". How do I know when I can re-enable it?

No specific amount of time. Go click "Stop insider builds" and you will be asking to restart you PC. When after your PC is back on , go to get your insider builds again and you might be asking to restart you PC again. Then after you're back, check if you are on Fast ring. If yes, just restart you PC few more times.

Wait for few more hours, then go "Check for updates". Sometime the new build takes a day to appear.

Alright, thanks. I might not be able to do that right away, but I will try it!
