OK, I've confirmed it. I took the external drive with the spreadsheet that wouldn't save to Lappy 17, made some changes to it and resaved it. Then I opened it again and made some more changes and saved again. Both times it happily saved, so I'll give feedback on it. This is totally unacceptable.
Edit: Are you by any chance in the "official" Technical Preview group? If so, I'd report the issue there too.
Groove Music mutes the music if you minimize the window. The music continues to play though, so when you maximize the window again, you're further along in the song than when you minimized the window. That's a bit ridiculous.
Friday I Updated this Win 7 x64 - Win 10 insider dual boot configuration daily driver to Windows 10 RTM upgrade and left Windows Insider Insider 10532 on here so I can still use the test builds for the daily driver .
Yesterday 10547 rolled in without any issues after the RTM upgrade on the other partition Fri. except the task bar search window was not present just the clickable icon and changing the setting just turned the icon on or off in 10547 no big deal it seems to have fixed itself anyway after some restarts and dual booting into the RTM (10240 or whatever ) primary partition .
No other significant issues in RTM or 10547.
I like the new features app updates and start menu improvements in 10547 .
I put the win 10 pro RTM upgrade on the i7 HP elite book yesterday also after a bare metal Win 7 x 64 pro re install/activation also no issues just had to install all the HP drivers and AMD Catalyst control and files and apps back on that one ofc. and re calibrate the screen it has an AMD graphics card in it along with the i7 graphics not in use .
On this desktop the in place W10 RTM upgrade and test build update on the other partition held the video calibrations and didn't remove Catalyst control like a clean install would .
I also have Win 10 x64 RTM pro on a Dell 3.0 Ghz Core Duo box here (that's the oldest one here ) runs fine there also .
All in all there are 3 Win 10 boxes here (one dual boot Win 10/Win 10 ) and the two others on RTM now .
The i7 workstation is still on 7 x64 but I'm (surprisingly) SRSLY thinking about putting Win 10 on that one also they have come a long way since the early test builds and the other 3 Win 10 boxes here are doing fine .
