If build 10540 is supposed to Upgrade the RTM, why is it that build 10547 is still a preview??
The previews all are upgrades to the RTM one way or another. A preview build is not a new version of Windows. When Microsoft releases a new milestone build to the public, there will be more previews upgrading that.

They are upgrades but not like the RC1 or whatever it is called. Build 10240 will be updated and to whatever build that is, it will be the released build. They are called preview builds for a reason.

hi guys, Windows 10 build 10540 updating and pc restarting more trhan 1 hrs me conection are good its normal need wait still or reinstall windows 10 and install again ? regards
