None of the Systems are in Insider Channel

Windows 10 Systems all on Release Version
Same as Windows 11 Main Desktop

Laptop updated via Windows update just fine,

Correction: Guess 3rd PC autoly got it somehow, as shows 19045.4239 even before i checked for it--according to Winver that i just checked on 3rd system--does cleanup tasks now on that one and think think all set after all

Good, that means the update is also for Public Build.
So, you should not have any issue getting the update.
It was pretty slow on my machine and left huge files to cleanup. *♂️

Yeah well slowness for cleanup i don't mind that much lol at least update in on both Windows 10 Computers!

Besides The 3rd Household Desktop isn't that fast
    2.20Ghz, AMD A6 3620 APU, 8GB of Ram, Samsung 870 Evo 1TB SSD (2012 HP P6-2133W Desktop)

Gaming Laptop should be a bit quicker to clean up i hope lol

It was not slow on cleanup, just slow on installing the update. And this is a fast machine.
Still, it doesn't make much sense that it had these huge files to clean up after this update from 19045.4235 to 19045.4239 which was the same KB#.

Yeah All cleaned up here on both Windows 10 Systems fast, the Install part was the Slowest indeed on the Windows 10 Laptop, 3rd Household System was done fairly quick though for some reason.

A couple of hours, as always (laptop with hard disk), but everything seems fine after installation in two moments: .NET and Windows update, i.e. I ran: Sfc, Disk Cleanup, Component Store Cleanup, Maintenance, etc., etc., etc. and my computer "runs".

In short, in the end my (old?) computer still lives.

This was the slowest (to install) in ages.
