    After updates I run SFC, then I run...
    Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
    ...which cleans the WinSxS folder.

    Clean Up Component Store (WinSxS folder) in Windows 10

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth <--- different command, to double check for problems. "
    So I understood that you run SFC AND then DISM/.../RestoreHealth

    Yeah... you run DISM... Restore Health IF there are problems with the SFC result.
