You can't create a Recovery Partition. 2 Days ago it was there!
First you run a Backup. MS will not provide a new patch!
If you have Backups you don't need it really. But it's nice to have for short troubleshootings
    Have a nice day.
@Pentagone It seems we can create a new Recovery Partition following :

    sel disk 0
    sel partition 1
    delete partition override
    sel disk 0
    create partition primary
    select partition 1
    format quick fs=ntfs label="Recovery"
    assign letter="R"
    set id=de94bba4-06d1-4d40-a16a-bfd50179d6ac

YES, YOU CAN! BUT! IF YOU DO THAT, IT NEVER BOOTS AGAIN!
It might be better for you.

    YOU ruined your machine!

Why on earth you want to delete partition 1, it is EFI System Partition?

    Many points to consider.
You run WIN 10 & WIN 11 on the same disk and you have 2 EFI-Partitions. Is the one in Partition 6 active and for WIN 11?
It doesn't appear that partition 6 is active in Windows 11.

"The Windows RE image was not found." Do you know where it is and can you find it?
Yes, it is in Partition 5 in my Windows 10 boot.

If you know where it is, follow steps in post 174. Change numbers and letters accordingly.
Here are the results for the steps in your post No. 174:
    PS C:\Windows\System32> xcopy /h C:\Windows\System32\Recovery\Winre.wim R:\Recovery\WindowsRE
    File not found - Winre.wim
    0 File(s) copied
    PS C:\Windows\System32> xcopy /h C:\Windows\System32\boot.sdi R:\Recovery\WindowsRE
    C:\Windows\System32\boot.sdi
    1 File(s) copied
    PS C:\Windows\System32>

I am not sure I was successful since the Winre.wim file was not found. What do I do about that?

It is possible to have 1 Recovery Environment for 2 Operating systems. For that you have to use bcdedit commands.
That is exactly what I did for my dual boot.

    Kind regards,

    @tecknot
    1. assign drive letter
    cmd (admin)
    diskpart
    sel disk 1
    sel par 5
    assign letter=R
    exit

    2. check directory cmd
    dir R:\Recovery\WindowsRE /a /s
    is there any file?

    Run cmd bcdedit
    and find your active bootpartition
    or run cmd
    reg query HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control /v FirmwareBootDevice

If you lost your WinRE.wim you need an ISO. From there you can easily copy it to R:\... using 7z in admin mode
