    Hi, Nick.

    I can not confirm with absolute certainty. But, it is no longer being offered to me.

    It failed on the 9th (Tuesday), was offered again on 10th (Wed) and failed, but that was the last I have seen of it. When I check for updates now, it shows I am up to date. Zero mention of KB5034441.

    @Andy Roid

    It has never been updated
    Disk1 - Partition 5 is ok?

    I would extrakt a new WinRE.wim from the last ISO and replace the old one.
    If you have 7z it's easy, if you run 7z as Administrator. It's very easy, if you assign a drive letter to your Recovery Partition first
    diskpart
    sel disk 1
    sel par 5
    assign letter=R
    exit

    When the replacement of the WinRe.wim is ready, remove the drive letter:
    mountvol R: /d

    It is still being offered to me. Failed to install twice but I don't need the update anyway. Maybe it will stop at Windows 10 EOL.

    My feedback from a Microsoft independent advisor in regard to this update is saying that the update has been withdrawn from the Microsoft update catalogue. This is still not from a Microsoft official, so we still need to bear in mind that it can still be downloaded under certain circumstances

    FYI but user @Kari made a post about the Recovery Partition back in 2019 about the changes to default location during installation of Win10. I remember when this happened. For those users who have the Recovery Partition at the beginning of the drive, can't you simply delete the Recovery Partition, recover that now unused space and then recreate a new Recovery Partition in the correct drive position? Of course if it's actually being pulled who knows how MS is going to fix things.

    The KB5034441 has never been offered in the update catalog
    @BamaInArk
    Do not delete the Recovery Partition when it is at the beginning of the disk (Partition 1)!

    Yes. I did it. It´s not necessary to "recover" the free space, it can be left alone.
