Uninstalling and reinstalling latest Macrium seemed to clean everything up for me.
One difference in what the problems were on 2 different PCs- on one it couldn't find a msi file to sort out its context menu option.
But it's also messed with Robocopy! And Hard Disk Sentinel! And QuickBooks File hosting! This is ridiculous! Who knows what else is messed up.

In that case I would revert to a previous working backup or try a repair install

I found a Macrium boot flash drive, and restored the 11th OS image. As soon as I got back into Windows, KB5034122 (the other problem update?) was already 20% installed before I could "stop updates for 7 days", or at least change my internet connection to "Metered".

Macrium automatically started to run a daily differential of my OS, Hard Disk Sentinel is back to normal...gonna try Robocopy in a few.

UPDATE: Yep, Robocopy is working again.

You should always have an up to date Reflect flash drive for each PC. I also install the Reflect boot menu.

I'm sorry but what do you mean "the other"?
KB5034122 is the subject of this thread.
So what were you referring to if KB5034122 is "the other"?

The Reflect boot menu was corrupted by the update. I always install that as well. Reflect in general was corrupted by the update - no component of it would work properly.

Which is why you need an up to date Reflect recovery USB drive which I guess you know.
