I installed KB5034122 and KB 5034275 just now. Both installed successfully and quickly. I'm on a Lenovo laptop, Windows 10 v. 22H2 that doesn't meet the requirements for Windows 11. It does have a 1 GB recovery partition.

YES! I am sure! Then you can extend partition 5 and your problem is solved!
Worked ! Had to do the same thing on my wife's older HP also .
I sincerly hope this doesn't cause issues in the event a recovery is needed , even though I never really use recovery , usually go off backups.

Thanks for the help tho !

I do not have a recovery partition, and haven't had for as long as I can remember. If you delete the recovery partition(s), I have found that Windows generates a Recovery folder on the system disk.

One of my old laptops, originally running Windows 8, had never had one as far as I know. I certainly never removed one and its clearly not there now. Hid the update to get rid of it .

Yes it does. You can also delete that, to permanently remove any possibility of a Recovery partition.
When ALL the recovery parts are deleted, typing: reagentc /enable in an elevated command prompt, will show this...

I ran the "wushowhide" tool from the post in the below link and the troubleshooter in it fixed what ever was causing the problem and KB5034441 installed alright.

My bad. I hid this KB and got it confused with 41212. Please disregard this post. At 83 I should double check my work. Sorry for the confusion/\.
