So Microsoft really believe, that anyone, non tech people manually change size of disc partition by using cmd commands? That is bad joke from Microsoft?

Make it 1GB. Then reboot and try the update again.

The generic un-resized Recovery partition should be about 600MB.
Add 250MB to that and you should be near 900MB.
    See post #16

The Recovery partition should also be "after" the Windows partition...

    Attachment 403197

You can just shrink the Windows partition a little bit, to allow for the increased Recovery partition size.

You can just do it with free partitioning software like Minitool Partition Wizard...

It has a pretty User Interface... no commands required.

I've seen a lot of posts where people were commenting on seeing the Recovery partition, gradually increasing in size, over time.

I just figured a few more MB might work for you.

Again, there are many non tech people. So this update should change everything by self if necessary.

It can't do that unless there is unallocated space on the Windows disk.
Believe me, you don't want Windows updates being able to change partition sizes.
