Where are those registry keys? Couldn't find them by searching the registry. They are supposed to be added after installing the update, right?

Did both KB5031356 and Windows Malicious Software Update, ran relativity normal install speed, slowed somewhat from 95-100% .
"Based on your use case, you can also set the limit of the RST_STREAMS per minute using the new registry keys in this update." Http2MaxClientResetsPerMinute and Http2MaxClientResetsGoaway should be somewhere in the registry. They have said nothing about where those keys are. Even if are supposed to create them yourself there's no information where.
I couldn't find them either. I worked through

Note: this update can appear to almost install, not complete, roll back, error 0x800f0922.
This can happen if the user has uninstalled Edge.
Another reason not to do that.
stay away from the "dynamic update" downloads from MUC
if you don't know how to install them, then don't use them
there is very little to no difference between those and normal/regular cumulative updates
