    I have this update installed but for whatever reason the Windows Backup App is not installed?? would anyone know why this would happen?

    i forgot to mention the kb5029331 update was offered again to non-affected intel & amd processors.
    those with a small subset of affected intel cpus (some 13th gen intel cpus) and on certain bios/firmware versions will still not be offered the update to prevent the "unsupported processor" error from occurring
