I was surprised that this didn't require a reboot on the machine that usually insists upon reboots for NET updates.
Can someone tell me what is going on with this update. I applied it Friday along with another .NET update (KB5011048). Then Saturday I got KB5028937 again. Does the left hand at Microsoft know what the right hand is doing?

maybe KB5028937 killed context menu => sent to => mail recipient. i can use only ms outlook now, no thunderbird, no windows mail and calender. also possible is KB5028166. windows is ignoring the defaul-standard-apps from the settings.
