it's the "listing" on the MS catalog site that makes it somewhat confusing
also KB5019180 is not the only update out there as MS also posted other similar updates like KB5019181 for v1809, KB5019182 for v1607 & KB5019179 for v1507 as well
ALL of them (including KB5019180) update the mcupdate_GenuineIntel.dll file.
of course, these patches have no effect on AMD based CPUs
I am waiting for firmware from dell to fix this security flaw to not install this KB.

Hey i'm sorry for the confusion i don't know how to reply right and it shows my name starting threads that i did not start, my apologies
I was uninstalling the Feb. B cycle updates and this update installed itself during the uninstall process. WU was paused until April also.
