Can not Purchase Windows 10 OS
Must Upgrade PC to run Windows 11...
I7 CPU (8 Core) > 24GB Ram > 2 SSD's and 1TB Spinner -- No TPM...
Really should not have to purchase a New PC, just to meet MS Security Requirements... I do not have access to "Top Secret" documents.. Besides they are usually kept in a "Closet"...

Not a chance, I'm afraid.
But with the known workarounds Windows 11 can be installed and runs on almost anything, no matter how far below spec it may fall.

I'm sorry but to paraphrase the MS announcements by omitting the word "this" is to invite continued misinterpretation.
What they said is
i.e. the last day this digital licence sale is offered.MS said:

The MS statements are also misinterpreted in several posts within

January 31, 2023 will be the last day Windows 10 downloads are offered for sale by Microsoft. Windows 10 will remain supported with security updates that help protect your PC from viruses, spyware, and other malware until October 14, 2025.
