Had to wait on the "Cleaning Up" screen for the first time in a few months. Pretty sure the 3 times i've had a "Cleaning Up" screen on an update reboot involved updating .NET and it needing a reboot at the same time as the Cumulative (some recent months the .NET arrives in-between the cumulatives and there isn't a Clean Up if I have to reboot for just that). The "Restart now" button remained on the screen after the NET update for the entire install of the Cumulative.

The one Event Viewer thing that popped up during the Clean Up was about the winlogon notification subscriber taking a long time to handle the notification "CreateSession"

My other device didn't require any "Cleaning Up". The difference between the first and second update experiences was that the second one didn't involve needing a reboot to install the .NET update. I checked and the two updates involving "cleaning" were in April/May and today was the first of that since May.
