Windows 11 upgrades were offered to ineligible devices
Affected devices were not able to complete the installation process.
One issue that have been having a lot with Windows 10 is upon connecting to the internet when at the desktop of a clean install, and searching for new updates in settings, Windows Update will try to install say a dozen updates in on go, and all that ends up happening is more than 75% will fail because "Other updates are in process". It is very frustrating. I have to wait everytime after a clean installation for the updates to fail-out, then go and click retry on each and wait for each individually. It should do an update at a time and put all the others down as pending...
