I got this .net 6.0.10 secutity update for x64 client kb5019351, during the first install I got an installation error, I had to try again, after retrying it installed. But I don't have .net framework 6.0.10 installed only 4.8 no more. After a google search there is nothing on this KB. I got this kB only on 1 computer.

I wonder why microsoft didn't install .net framework 4.8.1 automatically when I got 5.0 and 6.0 automatically.

Take a look in KB5018545 Net - Ten Forums and post there if necessary. Perhaps somebody in that thread knows about KB5019351.
KB5018545 has two component updates, KB5017262 & KB5017266.

After running this KB5018410 CU, my Office2021 could not connect to my MSAccount.
I ran the follow-up out-of-band KB5020435 CU and the problem disappeared.
