    yep same here, but in english.....lol

    not sure whats more painful.....

    1) a colonoscopy whilst awake
    2) a tooth pulled with no anesthetic
    3) doing a windows update

    mmm...i didnt get that .NET update but all sfc and componentcleanup was goodly.

    I usually make a fresh backup after a new Windows Update.
    Those are two of my "cleaning, getting ready for a backup" steps.

    It's probably a good idea to run sfc /scannow after every couple updates though.
    Just to keep the "junk files" from piling up.
