Successful on 2 machines, appear to be headed for a repair install on the 3rd. First attempt was a no go. Trying again and if that doesn't work will do a repair install.
Update: Repair install in progress. Update downloaded and did restart, then got measure about not being able to update and removing update. 0xe0000100 error message.

Left to itself, WU will try to install both KB5016616 and KB5012170

When I used the regular WU, on my machine, it kind of stalled (didn't fail per se). So I closed WU and did the updates on WAU Manager, and it finished with no problems.
On the regular WU, it tried to install KB5016616, first. On WAU Manager, it installed KB5012170, first.
Might make a difference?
yep done on 2 machines here took about an hour.
one updated to 21H2 19044.1889, this one my main machine
the other machine updated to 22H2 19045.1889, i did the KB5014666 on this machine a while back to 22H2 and still performs perfectly.
