not really sure NH29950 but if it installed and theres no issues should be alright.

i have read non insiders downloading insider updates with no problems so dont panic, also its for windows 10 PRO i'm on HOME.

How or what exactly about Netflix is not working for you after doing this update?

I use the Netflix website (not with the app) and it works just fine on this build for me.
