Didn't get any options on right click so I clean installed for the guy and that ended the 'fairly tale'!

I have clean installed Win 10 on a PC and when changing the the destination, the very same happened. Closing the window and reopening fixed that - so only a graphic issue, not a folder multipling virus

It doesn't matter if I'm using custom tiles, modern app tiles or Win32 tiles. Randomly, after playing a 3D game, half of my Start Menu just disappears.
