Age of Empires 2 was one of my favorite games to play. I used to play online for hours and hours back in the early 2000's. Is this now an APP version of the game? It looks pretty 'childish' to me compared to the real AOE.

Played age of empires quite lot myself.
This is not classical AOE its more like clash of clans or other similar mobile games.
can it be played offline with no internet after it is installed? That way I could run it on the boat PC out on the bay.
Can I download it here at home on a win10 PC, and then install it at the boat?
