I checked WU and 3081449 and 3081452 were available. I told it to install and then after the reboot, 3081448 showed up in a manual check.
Since Windows 10 seems i never get alerted of new updates like in Windows 8.1 or older OS. When i go to Windows updates in settings usually it has already checked for updates and nothing was there, but if i run it manually updates appear. Why didn't it find it before is question and in a matter of not even an hour being on PC and it seems the one way i know there are new updates is coming here, then i will run it manually .At least let's me know they installed after a reboot.

Yes without a doubt, good thing i do come here often, but should not be only way for me to know, without double checking Windows update.

In that case, you could use Free security software - Secunia Personal Software Inspector

Not to mention others like free AV 360 Total Security, which also patch up Adobe and Java.

And the last, but not the least: Technical Security Notifications from Microsoft

Thank you ,but more concerned about Windows 10 updates, not drivers or software those i can handle. Already have security software. Just want to be alerted of updates rather then check each time. Heard of secunia.

Installed. No noticeable performance improvement or reduction of same. Still real fast boot time. about 10secs or slightly less for all services and processes needed for start up. On this machine that would be a lot. But, this OS boots only the minimal necessary it appears. I didn't specifically ask it to. It is 64bit w/32gb ram. 4ghz intel processor. Just sayin, like everyone else who knows what just came our way.

What about this black screen ?
Every timeI boot , I get a black screen before I see the blue with the blue dot circle. Also when a windows update is installed what is being installed on my machine is hidden by a black screen. MS may have provided a free update but I still own my PC and I would like to see what is being installed on it. Is MS trying to hide something, If not why not lest users see it..?

Same here, I got the updates but no noticable change. Guess it's wait and see!

I look at it like this. Microsoft made the "car", so I guess they should know what to put under the "hood". If something isn't quite right, they will correct it in the next update.
