    Sorry to be the 'Bad Apple'... but this one gave me hell.

    Normally takes just moments, however this one took over an hour to complete. I have no idea why.

    In addition, SFC found numerous issues, but was able to repair them.

    DISM found one (1) reclaimable pkg. DISM, cleaned it up.

    Rebooted, checked everything again...all is good to go. But a real time consumer!

    Currently on 21H2 version 19044.1586

    Went faster then I expected on my main PC: Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19044.1586]]

    @f14tomcat,
    With my other test PC that I upgraded to 19044.1586 today, StartupInfo is actually working - they didn't break it between 2022-02 Preview update and 2022-03 Release CU today.

    Still crawlingly slow to install here, on both my machines.
    The usual very long apparent hang at 23% and 74%, just like all these cumulative updates do for me.

    I also got KB4023057 on both machines, supposedly an update for Windows Update.
    Let's hope it makes a difference!

    Okay, I'll ask here...

    Did anyone get the usual MSRT update?

    I did not. I even checked for it after rebooting, and nothing.

    Am I the only one, that finds this a bit odd?

    Hi,
    @WXC

    Did anyone get the usual MSRT update?

    I got it on all of my machines, but on one it appeared separately from the cumulative update.
    I bet if you scan for updates again it will be there!

    I got it, but only after installing the 2022-03 CU ............ seems kinda odd to me here that it went in that order.

    Maybe it would have been better if we waited until tomorrow to update ... M$ servers may be overloaded today???

    Thank you, Dave.

    I, in fact, did scan for it again. Still a no go.

    But thank you, sir.

    Seems that way here .......... another one of my PCs is now offering MSRT update even though 2022-03 CU was installed at least an hour ago.
