    Good luck, @MUser.

'Preview' updates I avoid, personally. Had one once that totally bricked my PC (still don't know why), had to do a clean install. needless to say, it was my last.

But I wish you and everyone else well with them.

If you would, post back after completion, and let us know how it went.

    Thank you, best regards.
I can't even find any info on that KB here on TF at the moment ............. it's fresh off the M$ press and not palatable for me yet. I'll be conservative and hold off until April 2022 CU is released - unless it's a 5-alarm must-install-now patch.

............. seems like I posted a moment too soon: KB5011543 Windows 10 Release Preview Build 19044.1618 (21H2) - Everyone, please post in that thread if you try that KB.

M$ seems to be heading towards CU releases on PT (Patch Tuesday - 2nd Tuesday of the month), then Previews being released on the day after PT . In this case it was 6 days after PT.

    I noticed that, buddy.

Wanting more beta testers. lol. Sorry, I won't be one of them, after my experience with one.

But, do admire those that give it a shot.

Edited to add...My use of the term 'beta tester' here is not/was not meant as an insult to anyone.

I, myself downloaded and installed a few 'previews'... before I got bitten. After that, not for me.
