Installed, pc not exploded!

Installed without any issues.
Now sitting at 21H2 OS build 19044.1469

Ran SFC and DISM so no problems detected

Same. These updates takes up half my mornings, I only get two days a week there I can enjoy my mornings, and I'm not giving any more of those up then once a month... I don't use VPN nor Hyper-V stuff, I've had to issues so far with KB543, so KB793 can sit tight until next patch Tuesday.

as for me I'll skip this out-of-band update and will wait for the next preview update coming later this Jan 2022 and install that one instead
