I'll stick it in the Recycle Bin until some ESD folder guru comes along.
And yes, I always make backups.

There's a bunch in the other topic now.

3...4 systems done. Macrium Reflect backups done. No issues neither with dism nor sfc.

I see that the installer has created a 3.57 GB ESD folder in the root of C: drive.
I don't have it on my other computers. Do you keep that?

Interestingly, I do not have it.

I've been reading on the issue, and all indications are that it can be deleyed safely. But, don't take my word for it. I'll leave that advice (yes or no), to the Gurus.

    Best of luck.

I have the ESD folder but created 25/11/2021 and it's empty.

Strange in Win10 easy to delete it , without problems , in Win11 can not get rid of it ! ( anyone noticed this too ?)

Done and dusted, uneventful 10 minutes and one restart later I'm sorted.

After this update, my Logitech G19 keyboard would not work. Restarts did not solve the problem, but I decided to try a cold re-boot and that seems to have solved the problem.
