No, I do not think it was buggy, in any way. Otherwise I would have see it by now (over a month later).

Perhaps one of the posters in that thread, that reported the same, may see this and be able to explain. I am certainly not a guru, and can not. Maybe @ddelo, or @eLPuSHeR, can/will. They are two of the members that posted after me, with fast results. They are also, much more knowledgeable on the subject.

Yes, I know your SSD is much faster. Thus, my inability to explain why it was so fast for me.

Typicially updates take about 15 minutes for me, but not that one. I too, was amazed.

Sorry guys, let's clarify something first.
If we're talking about this update KB5008212 then it cannot be done within seconds. It needs some time (I would presume at least 5 minutes). It took me 6 min on a laptop with i7 11th gen CPU and a NVMe M.2 SSD.

If we're talking about the enablement package for 21H2 KB5003791, then yes it should take a few seconds to install (a little more on an old HDD spinner)

Yes, there is confusion, and most likely on my part, to Mikey.

I am/was (or at least, meant to be), referring to the tiny enablement package. That took my OS version from 21H1 to 21H2, in only a matter of seconds, on my old PC, with an HDD. It was offered to me on this past 16th. Novenber.

I am certainly sorry, for the confusion I have caused.
