Not sure what's up with this difference, but you did address the main question I had about link still working without Edge.

I'm on 21H2. There was a lot of things changed in the settings in 21H1.

I'm not sure if I understand this right, but I have that on 21H2.

Kado let me know how 21H2 is, i haven't upgraded to it yet, also how long does it take ?

On a decent machine it only takes ten minutes or so, it's just like a CU. I've been using it on my other PC for a while now. I can't say I have noticed much difference and there are very few new features.
