Outlook search might not locate recent emails
I was on 21H1 and installed 21H2 last night using the Update Assistant. It took about 30 minutes. When it finally finished, I had no internet connection (and was not able to determine the problem--but it was not because of one of the listed known issues). Some of my startup applications weren't running. Some applications had other issues. It was pretty bad. I had to restore from an image. Good, good stuff.
The better way to go from 21H1 to 21H2 is with the minuscule Enablement KB:

UPDATE 2/24:
New known issue added. See first post for more details.
Files might persist after resetting a Windows device
Synced OneDrive files might not be deleted when selecting the "Remove everything" option when the device is reset.
Microsoft warning: Some files might not be deleted when you reset a Windows PC
Microsoft has warned Windows 10 and Windows 11 users that files might not be deleted after resetting the device using the "Remove everything" option.
The issue stems from Microsoft's OneDrive cloud file service and could mean files that were synced locally remain on a computer after a local or remote reset, which admins might do before handing the device to a new owner.
This doesn't surprise me. OneDrive is highly pervasive. However, it is far from the only cause. All kinds of files are frequently left resident independently of those that OneDrive's leech syndrome retains.
This is a very old problem and nothing new. The upshot is that a reset is not the way to go as a clean up before passing a machine on. A completely clean local install is all that works for this purpose and some go as far as military grade drive wipes of all previously deleted data. Wise.

FYI
This issue can be mitigated on devices that have already been reset by following the steps in KB5012334:
Delete the Windows.old folder using Storage sense in the Settings app.
