    No. I just installed it to test.

    You can uninstall it, either from the Start menu (right-click, Uninstall) or from Settings, Apps & features (left-click, Uninstall).

    @Brink, Hi Shawn ,

    Is there a way to block Windows 11 Microsoft Store app from installing on my PC if it's going to require me to use a Microsoft account to download free apps? Thanks
    Hi,

    Just got it through updating it inside the 10 Store itself and I gotta say it's feeling quite smooth and snazzy.

    This new store interface is awful imho. I have just got it from within the store. It seems to work just fine using a local account though.
