Thanks for the details I'm less confused now about the Franken-21H2.

The Radeon app. v21.10.2 was gone after this optional one from WU. Factory reset made it. The KB file *1320 was installed twice (2x100%).

To factory reset the app automatically:

Updated to last after V21.10.3 was ok.

Is Windows 10 needs a chipset update for AMD or is it for Windows 11 only? How to if so?

The term network printing is highly ambiguous to me - the issue is with shared printing where you have a printer server that all print clients must go through to print - most home users don't use this configuration.

I like the clear descriptive terminology they use here: Windows Printing Components – ITFreeTraining along with their diagrams , video, and associated PDF.

Issue is discussed in this local thread and was caused initially by September KB, then Microsoft made it even worse in October KB:
