No problems here!

My W10 pro machine was just offered the download and after a fast download, the installation stuck at 73%. I was using the W11 machine and after a couple of hours I restarted the stuck one. The restart gave me a do not shut down screen which was also restarted after an hour doing nothing. I was relieved to get a normal desktop after that and it has resumed the whole process. It is asking for a restart, so I will find out shortly if things are back to normal.
The restart was finished in a few minutes and all is well now.

No, MS said they would not guarantee updates in future to noncompliant systems, not that they wouldn't get any. They could stop updating noncompliant systems any time. For all we know, this could just be a one-time update just to get the initial CU out there.
