It is not; otherwise it would have been officially announced by MS
Not arguing with you, just saying, ...

It might have just not yet been announced by MS.

Installed ok here/ Ran SFC and windows corrected some errors.
The last time I had that happen, was with March, 2020 updates.

There is a bug with the 20H2 and 21H1 ISOs, where on a clean install and first SFC run, SFC reports corrupt files.

So my routine ended up being:

1: sfc /scannow (and let it moan)

    then

    2: dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

    before running Windows Update.

    10.0.19044.1266: Switching to 21H2 With KB5003791

    A question: I don't Insider. Then, I can to update to 21H2?
    Thank you, in advance.
As seen on top of the first post and on the given link.

    <<The KB5003791 Enablement Package allows you to go from 2004, 20H1, or 21H1 to 19044 (v21H2).>>

The process takes about 30 second and works on a local account.. The machine restarts immediately after entering the cab file command line below. I've switched from 19043.1266 to 19044.1266 at the speed of light.

Switch to the latest version now (CP/Admin):

    Code:
    DISM.exe /Online /Add-Package /PackagePath:"C:\Users\Your_user_name\Downloads\windows10.0-kb5003791-x64_b401cba483b03e20b2331064dd51329af5c72708.cab"
How to upgrade Windows 10 version 21H1 to 21H2 right now (KB5003791) - gHacks Tech News

    KB5005611 is to get *1266
KB5003791 is to switch to 21H2 or 19044.1266 in this case.

    Take care,
